Dispersant for thermal paper coating production

DC-40 dispersant is an organic dispersant made from polyacrylate raw materials through a special process. This product reaches the level of similar products from a major US company, and has advantages in coatings such as wide application range, high efficiency, stability, low foaming, non-toxicity, non-corrosiveness, and no waste pollution. This product has excellent dispersing properties and can prepare high-concentration, low-viscosity pigments; its effect is even more significant in the application of thermal paper coatings.

1. Product quality indicators

Appearance: Pale yellow, transparent, viscous liquid

pH value: 7-10

Solid content: 40±2%

Solubility: Easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents such as alcohols, ethers, and benzenes.

2. Usage amount

It is generally recommended to add 0.2-1.0% of the total dry weight of the coating, and select the appropriate amount based on the coating condition and requirements.

3. Packaging and storage

Packaging is in 1000KG plastic drums, but other specifications can be used according to user requirements.

This product should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry place, at a temperature of 5-35 degrees Celsius.
